Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The event is canceled by the organizer.
- The event is postponed by the organizer.
- Any refund requests outside of these conditions will not be entertained.
Important Notes on Refunds
- Refunds are subject to deductions for applicable government taxes, bank charges, and processing fees.
- Service charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Bank charges may apply for any refunds processed
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a refund. Include the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- Ticket ID(s)
- Full Name
- NIC/Passport Number
- Last 4 digits of the debit/credit card used for the purchase
Only refund requests submitted via email will be processed. We do not accept refund requests via social media, WhatsApp, or verbal communication.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds will be credited back to your card within 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Credit card payments will be refunded directly to the card used for the transaction.
- Debit card payments will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card used.
- Refunds are processed manually, and certain cases may take an additional 3-4 working days.
Tracking Your Refund
To track your refund:
- Contact your bank’s card center directly (the contact number is on the back of your card).
- Inform them about the type of card used (VISA/MasterCard) and the refund request.
- Do not rely on your account history or bank statement alone to track refunds (for debit card users).
